Short answer
LinkedIn is the better choice for building a professional network and applying to corporate jobs. LastKoin is the better fit for a fresher in Punjab who wants a local private job, Punjabi screens and a match score — and it charges per use, not a monthly Premium subscription.

7.1/10
Overall score
6.0/10
LinkedIn is where professionals keep their work history, follow companies and connect with recruiters. Its jobs section is large, especially for office, IT and corporate roles, and it sells a monthly Premium subscription with extra job-search features.
For a fresher in a Punjab town, LinkedIn can feel like a place for people who already have a career. Local shop, office and teaching jobs are rarely posted there, and a new profile with no connections gets little attention.

Why freshers in Punjab look for a LinkedIn alternative
LinkedIn works best once you have a career to show. A fresher in Punjab looking for a computer operator, billing or teaching job near home usually finds few such listings there, and the extra features cost a monthly subscription.
- Few local jobs in smaller Punjab towns
- New profiles with no connections get little attention
- Useful extras need a monthly Premium plan
- No Punjabi language option
What LastKoin does differently
LastKoin needs no network. It reads your education, skills, the work you want and your city, and shows jobs from approved local employers with a match score. If a job needs something you do not have, it says so before you apply. With auto-apply on, it applies for you only when a job really fits.
There is no monthly or yearly plan. Tools use a few koins each, only when you use them, and koins never expire.
Where LinkedIn is still the better choice
For corporate, IT and senior roles, and for building relationships with recruiters and people in your field, LinkedIn has no real substitute. LastKoin is not a social network and does not try to be one.
Can you use both?
Yes. Keep a LinkedIn profile for your long-term career, and use LastKoin to find a local job in Punjab now. Your LastKoin resume and public profile link can be added to LinkedIn.

How we score
We are LastKoin, so we are not neutral — read the scores with that in mind. To keep them useful, every criterion is judged from one person's point of view: a fresher or early-career job seeker in Punjab looking for a private job. A portal that is excellent for a senior manager in Bengaluru can score lower here, and that is not a judgement of its overall quality.
Scores come from each portal's public website and app as we found them on the review date. Features and prices change; if something here is out of date, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.
