• Architect

  Architects design homes, commercial buildings and institutions: meeting clients, creating concepts and plans, getting municipal approvals under local bye-laws, producing working drawings and coordinating with consultants and sites. • Interior Designer

  Interior designers plan how spaces look and work: space planning, furniture layouts, material and colour selection, 3D renders for clients, working drawings for carpenters and coordination during execution. Demand is strong in Punjab's residential and showroom market.

• AutoCAD Draftsman

  Draftsmen produce plans, sections, elevations and working drawings in AutoCAD for architecture, interior, civil and builder firms. Diploma holders and ITI draughtsmen can grow quickly by adding Revit and 3D skills.

  Pay: Entry ₹10–20k/mo · Experienced ₹45k+/mo

• 3D Visualiser (Architecture)

  3D visualisers model and render architecture and interior projects in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion or Enscape so clients can see a space before it is built. Work comes from architects, interior studios and real-estate developers — also freelance and remote.

  Pay: Entry ₹12–25k/mo · Experienced ₹70k+/mo

• Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer

  Quantity surveyors measure quantities from drawings, prepare BOQs and estimates, compare tenders, and certify contractor bills for builders, architects and contractors. A desk-based construction role for civil diploma and B.Tech graduates.

  Pay: Entry ₹15–25k/mo · Experienced ₹70k+/mo

• BIM / Revit Modeler

  BIM modelers create intelligent 3D models of buildings in Revit, coordinate them with structure and services, and produce drawings and schedules from the model. Many Mohali/Chandigarh firms do BIM work for US, UK and Australian clients.

  Pay: Entry ₹15–28k/mo · Experienced ₹80k+/mo
