Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LastKoin, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LastKoin. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide about yourself is accurate.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly at info@fkointech.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

LastKoin offers a curated job feed, a resume builder, a career assessment, and related tools. Core tools are free to start; certain actions use Koins (see section 8). We aggregate roles from third-party sources and from recruiters who post directly — see section 10.

You retain ownership of the profile, resume, and other content you create. By making content public (for example, a public resume link), you grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the service.

• No fraudulent applications, impersonation, or fake profiles.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or abuse of the platform.
• No harassment of other users, employers, or staff.
• No uploading of unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

Recruiter and employer plans are paid. Fees, billing cycles, and what each plan includes are shown at checkout. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Koins are virtual credits used inside LastKoin to access certain features (for example, applying to some roles, generating resumes, or taking additional career assessments). A Koin is a limited licence to use a feature — it is not money, not a deposit, and not a stored-value or payment instrument.

• Koins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-transferable between accounts.
• You may receive Koins for free (for example, on sign-up, promotions, or referrals, or as a gift) or, where available, buy them.
• Purchased Koins do not expire while your account is active. Free, promotional, referral, or gifted Koins may expire and may be adjusted or withdrawn; we will show any expiry where it applies.
• Koins spent on a feature are used up once that feature is delivered and are not returned.
• Purchases of Koins are final and governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If your account is closed for breach of these Terms, unused Koins may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

The LastKoin name, logo, software, and design are owned by F Koin Tech and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; we do not grant you any other rights in our intellectual property.

Job listings come from third-party sources and recruiters. We do our best to keep things clean but cannot guarantee that every role is current, accurate, or legitimate. Apply with judgement and never pay a recruiter for an interview. See our Disclaimer.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in a job offer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, F Koin Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information found on the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify F Koin Tech against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as 5, 9, 12, and 13) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sangrur, Punjab, India, except where mandatory local law gives you additional rights.

We may update these Terms. We will let active users know by email or an in-app notice before material changes take effect.
