Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher) Location: Mohali (Work from Office) Roles & Responsibilities • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. • Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability. • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels. • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for ongoing hiring requirements. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Support bulk hiring and campus recruitment activities as required. • Achieve daily recruitment targets, including making 40-50 candidate calls per day. • Assist in onboarding activities and pre-joining engagement with selected candidates.

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Positive attitude and excellent coordination skills.
