Overall score
TimesJobs
5.3/10
TimesJobs has been part of the Times of India group's online business for many years. Its listings lean towards IT, engineering and corporate jobs in large cities, and recruiters search its resume database.
That makes it a reasonable portal for an experienced professional, and a hard one for a fresher in a Punjab town looking for work close to home.

Why freshers in Punjab look for a TimesJobs alternative
For a 12th-pass or graduate fresher in Punjab, TimesJobs mostly shows IT and corporate jobs in other states that ask for experience. Local office, shop and teaching jobs are hard to find.
- Few listings in smaller Punjab towns
- Most jobs ask for experience
- English-only screens
- No guided help choosing a career
What LastKoin does differently
LastKoin starts with your education, skills, the work you want and your city, then shows jobs from approved local employers with a match score. A job that needs something you do not have tells you before you apply. With auto-apply on, LastKoin applies for you only when a job really fits.
Employers only see people who applied to their job, never a searchable list of job seekers.
Where TimesJobs is still the better choice
If you are an experienced IT, engineering or corporate professional open to working in a big city, TimesJobs has far more relevant openings than LastKoin.
Can you use both?
Yes. Keep TimesJobs for corporate roles and use LastKoin for local Punjab jobs, a free resume and career direction.

How we score
We are LastKoin, so we are not neutral — read the scores with that in mind. To keep them useful, every criterion is judged from one person's point of view: a fresher or early-career job seeker in Punjab looking for a private job. A portal that is excellent for a senior manager in Bengaluru can score lower here, and that is not a judgement of its overall quality.
Scores come from each portal's public website and app as we found them on the review date. Features and prices change; if something here is out of date, tell us through the contact page and we will correct it.
