Automatic applications

Set your preferences once. When a new job matches your profile and passes every check you set, LastKoin applies for you and shows you exactly why. You can pause or switch it off at any time.

Auto-apply settings

Apply for me automatically

Switches automatic applications on or off. Turning it on the first time asks you to tick a consent box.

Why we ask: Nothing is sent for you until you switch this on and consent.

Minimum match

We only apply when a job scores at least this much.

Format: A number from 50 to 100.

Example: 75

Common mistakes

  • Setting it very low and getting applications to jobs you only half fit.

Max per day and Max per week

The most automatic applications in the last 24 hours and the last 7 days. When a limit is reached, the best remaining matches wait for the next day.

Format: Per day 1–20, per week 1–100; per day cannot be more than per week.

Only verified companies, Include entry-level jobs, Let recruiters contact me

Only verified companies skips companies LastKoin has not verified. Turning off entry-level jobs skips fresher-level jobs when you have experience. Recruiter contact decides whether recruiters see your email.

Only in these fields

Limit automatic applications to some fields. Leave it empty to use every field in your preferences.

Resume to send and Cover note

The resume attached to automatic applications (your primary one if you do not pick) and an optional short note.

Format: Cover note up to 2000 characters.

Pause for 7 days

Stops automatic applications for a week without changing your settings. Resume now restarts them.

Run Auto Apply Now

Checks the open jobs against your settings straight away, with the same rules as the automatic runs, and lists how many were applied to and why each other job was skipped — for example Below match score, Already applied, Missing requirements or External job.

Why we ask: You see the result of a change to your profile or settings without waiting for the next run.

Frequently asked questions

What does LastKoin check before applying?

First the deal-breakers: the job must be open, in a city you work in, of a type you accept, paying at least your minimum, and you must meet every requirement it marks as required — skills, experience, education, qualifications and languages. Only then is the match scored, and a high score never makes up for a missing requirement.

How is the match score worked out?

Role fit, skills, experience, education, location, salary, work mode, job type, language and your stated preferences each get a score, weighted by importance. Anything the job does not mention is left out rather than guessed.

Does it cost koins?

Each automatic application costs 2 koins, charged only when it is actually sent. If you run out, the application is skipped and shown on your auto-apply page.

Why was I not applied to a job that looked right?

Your auto-apply page lists close matches that were held back and the reason for each, such as a daily limit or a score under your minimum.

Can I undo an automatic application?

Yes. Open it from My applications and choose Withdraw. You can also stop all future automatic applications to that company.

Does it apply on other websites?

No. Automatic applications only go to jobs you can apply for on LastKoin.

What do I need before anything is sent?

The same as applying yourself: your name, phone number, current location, at least one skill, your education or work experience, and a primary resume. Until all of these are in, nothing is sent and the auto-apply page shows what is missing.
