The career assessment asks short questions about what you enjoy and how you like to work, then names the career direction that fits you best — with the reasons from your own profile and answers, the skills to develop, and the matching jobs on LastKoin if there are any.
Open assessmentBefore the questions, the assessment shows the parts of your profile it uses, so you can correct them.

The same skills as your profile; add or remove any. The level you give a skill (Beginner, Intermediate, Expert) is how the result describes it — it never calls you an expert unless you said so.
Where and how you like to work.
Each question adapts to your earlier answers, so the set is different for everyone.
Common mistakes
Starts from your current answers so you only change what is different. It uses your profile as it is now and is saved as a new assessment.
The result is built only from your current profile (education, skills and their levels, interests, experience, preferred roles, ways of working) and your answers. Anything you removed from your profile is not used.
The field that fits you best and the role in it that fits most directly. The match label (Strong, Good or Possible) shows how closely your answers, skills and interests match it — it is not a prediction of success.
Reasons taken from your own skills, experience, interests, education and answers. If parts of your profile point to different fields, the result says so and explains why it chose this one.
Skills the role uses that are not on your profile yet. Skills you already have are never listed.
Open jobs whose skills match your direction, with View details and Apply. If none are open, it says so. Some directions — such as fitness or tattoo art — are not jobs LastKoin offers yet; the result still names them and marks them "Not currently available on LastKoin".
