LastKoin is Punjab’s local job platform. It matches you to jobs by skills, city and salary, with a free resume builder, a career assessment and one-tap apply.
Finding a good job in Punjab shouldn't mean scrolling through metro listings, paying agency fees up front, or trusting a forwarded WhatsApp message you can't check. LastKoin was built to fix that.
LastKoin is a job and career platform made for Punjab. It matches job seekers with local employers based on the things that matter most: your skills, your city, and your salary expectations. Whether you're a fresher looking for your first job in Ludhiana or a business in Mohali hiring billing staff, LastKoin puts everything in one place.
Most people end up choosing between three options, and each has a catch:
Big job portals have plenty of listings, but they're built for metro cities. Local entry-level jobs get buried, and recruiter spam is common.
Placement agencies give you personal help, but they often charge fees up front and have fewer options.
WhatsApp groups share jobs close to home, but you can't verify them and there's no way to track your applications.
LastKoin keeps the good parts of each, without the headaches.
You can get started in four simple steps:
Create your profile. Add your skills, education, city, and expected salary. It takes about 2 minutes.
Get matched. Every new job is scored against your profile, with clear reasons why.
Apply in one tap. Apply yourself, or turn on auto-apply for jobs that fit you well.
Get hired. Track every application and see employer replies in one place.
Every job on LastKoin shows a match percentage, and it isn't a black box. The score comes from role fit, skills, experience, education, location, and salary. Before you apply, you can see exactly why a job fits you and what you're missing. For example, it might show that you know Tally and Excel and live 6 km away, but your typing speed is below what the employer wants.
Auto-apply never applies to jobs below a 60% match, and you can set that bar higher.
LastKoin covers your whole job search, from your first profile to your first day at work:
Resume Builder with PDF download, an ATS resume score, and AI-powered resume improvements
2-minute Career Assessment that shows which roles suit you
Career recommendations and Career Chat for guidance along the way
Application tracking so nothing gets lost
The whole app works in English, Punjabi (ਪੰਜਾਬੀ), and Pinglish.
Jobs on LastKoin cover many fields, including Computer Operator, Data Entry, DTP Operator, Sales Executive, Telecaller, Accountant, Billing Clerk, Teacher, Nurse, Receptionist, Store Manager, and Delivery Partner.
There are no monthly or yearly plans. LastKoin uses Koins: each feature costs a few Koins, and you only spend them when you use that feature. New job seekers get 75 free Koins when they sign up, and applying to jobs listed on other sites is always free.
If you're hiring, LastKoin helps you find people from your own area. Post a job and applicants arrive already ranked by match score, so the best-fit candidates are at the top of your inbox instead of buried in a pile of CVs. You also get one inbox per job and can invite your team. New employers get 125 free Koins, enough for 12 job posts.
Whether you need a job or need staff, LastKoin makes hiring in Punjab simpler, more local, and more transparent. It's free to start, and you don't need a card.
