A coin is something small you spend, and Koins are the small credits you spend inside the app to apply for jobs or build a resume. The K also keeps the name unique, so nobody mistakes LastKoin for a crypto coin or a trading site. Koins are app credits, not a cryptocurrency or a token you can trade.
